Six members at least are appointed by the Founding Partners, whereas one member is chosen among the representatives of the universities located in Milan. Board members hold office for three years and can be re-elected. The Technical Committee includes five members at least who are appointed by the Board of Directors and hold office for three years. It has a Chairman which is appointed by its members.
